Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the www.onthegrime.com website ("Website") and the cleaning services ("Services") provided by On The Grime ("us," "we," or "our").
By accessing or using the Website or booking Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services and Scheduling
1.1 Scope of Work
On The Grime will provide cleaning services as detailed in the specific service package (e.g., Residential Deep Clean, Commercial Maintenance, Move In/Out) booked by the Client. Any request for work beyond the agreed-upon scope must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional fees.
1.2 Access to Premises
The Client must provide On The Grime personnel with timely, safe, and unobstructed access to the service location. If the Client fails to provide access (e.g., locked doors, no one home) resulting in a cancellation, the Cancellation/No-Show Fee (Section 3.2) will apply.
1.3 Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for securing and removing all valuables, breakables, cash, and sensitive documents prior to the scheduled cleaning. While we take great care, On The Grime is not liable for items that were not properly secured.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Service Fees
All pricing for services (hourly rates, fixed package prices) are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking is the price you will be charged for that specific service. Carpet cleaning and commercial bids require a custom quote.
2.2 Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept [List accepted payment methods, e.g., credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers]. For recurring services, a valid payment method must be kept on file.
2.3 Late Payment
Any outstanding invoice not paid within [Number] days will incur a late payment fee of [State fee or percentage, e.g., $25 or 1.5%] per month.
3. Cancellation and Service Changes
3.1 Cancellation Policy
The Client must notify On The Grime of any service cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
3.2 Cancellation/No-Show Fee
If a service is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or if we cannot access the premises (a "No-Show"), the Client will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
3.3 Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any area of the cleaning service, you must notify On The Grime within 24 hours of service completion. We will return and re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply if you or others clean or attempt to correct the work after we have completed the service.
4. Liability and Damages
4.1 Insurance and Bonding
On The Grime maintains insurance and bonding to protect against damages caused by our employees.
4.2 Damage Claims
In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by our team, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We reserve the right to inspect the damage and repair or replace the damaged item. Our liability is limited to the terms of our business liability insurance policy.
5. Use of the Website
5.1 Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of On The Grime and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5.2 Prohibited Use
You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website and Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
